Welcome!

Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) is a trusted, non-invasive therapy designed to effectively relieve tissue congestion and support whole-body wellness. While the lymphatic system plays a critical role in immune function and fluid balance, it is often overlooked in conventional medicine—even though we have more lymphatic fluid in our bodies than blood.

LET works by gently decongesting the lymphatic system, significantly enhancing circulation and detoxification—up to 10 times more efficiently than traditional manual lymphatic drainage. The therapy utilizes a specialized device that emits a blend of vibrational energies, including electrostatic fields, low-frequency sound waves, and electro-pressure, to break up stagnation, clear excess fluid, and help move metabolic waste. This process also stimulates energy pathways like meridians and acupuncture points, offering both therapeutic and deeply relaxing effects.

What is the Lymphatic Enhancement Technique (LET) & how does it work?

Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that combines the use of an advanced energy-based device with light manual techniques to support the body’s natural detoxification process. This innovative approach helps stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce tissue congestion, and enhance the body’s innate ability to heal. Central to this method is the Lymphstar ProFusion, a U.S.-manufactured device that uses a combination of electrostatic energy, sound frequencies, and light therapy to open lymphatic channels, break down protein buildup in the tissues, and promote the release of cellular waste.

LET supports the immune system, relieves swelling and inflammation, and helps restore balance within the body. When the lymphatic system becomes stagnant, it can contribute to chronic inflammation and create an internal environment that fosters illness. Regular sessions are recommended to achieve and maintain optimal results.

Each session takes place in a serene, spa-like setting. Although clients are asked to disrobe, they are kept comfortably draped throughout the session. While the environment may feel similar to massage, LET is a specialized energetic therapy that works deeply with the body’s vibrational systems.

The Lymphstar ProFusion supports healing through three key therapeutic actions:

  1. Electrostatic Current – Gently stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and encouraging lymphatic drainage by ionizing stagnant tissue.

  2. Sound Frequencies – Low-frequency waves (0–1,000 Hz) resonate with organs and tissues, helping to break up congestion and restore harmony.

  3. Light Therapy – Red and near-infrared light help reduce inflammation and discomfort, while blue light supports hormonal regulation.

Who can benefit from LET?

While LET is beneficial for many clients and pets, there are a few contraindications for this therapy.

Contraindications include:

  • Individuals with Pacemakers, other Implanted Medical/Electrical devices, or medicine pumps
  • Pregnancy
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • Individuals with known blood clots or history of blood clots
  • Undiagnosed lumps or tumors
  • Active skin infections, or open wounds at time of treatment

Precautions include:

  • Breast implants – we can work around the older versions; the new ones are more solid.
  • Injectables – botox, juvenderm, collagen or fat fillers.  We need to know precisely where these are.

Your health and wellness is important to us. Disclosure of all medical conditions and health concerns prior to your first session will assist our Lymphatic therapists in determining if LET is an appropriate therapy for your individual needs and concerns. Certain pre-diagnosed conditions may require you to obtain a doctor’s approval prior to treatment.

Specific Conditions LET may help

Acne – cleans tissue internally so deeper-seated eruptions do not occur.

Breast Tenderness/Swelling – reduction in swelling and discomfort in breast and underarm.

Cancer – This is listed as a contraindication on the Arcturus website.  People addressing cancer with this treatment to take the training.  This helps to get the chemotherapy out of the body as quickly as possible after it has done its job.  This also helps to clear out the dead tumor cells, as they swell to 5 times their size when they die and can cause major backup if left to sit in the tissue.  I need to know if someone has cancer, where or not they are treating it.  Must wait 72 hours after chemo treatment.

Cellulite – is a lymphatic problem. Therapy over time helps to minimize and smooth out skin.

Cold/Flu – reduction in duration.

Dental Issues – post surgery infection. Pre-surgery helps keep tissue healthy.

Digestive issues – Most of the lymph is in the abdomen.  This reduces the waste around the organs and actually aids digestion, as the small intestine cannot digest everything.  About 70% of our immune system is found in the GI tract.  Colitis and IBS are considered auto-immune disease, and this therapy helps to strengthen and balance the immune system.

Heavy feeling in limbs – usually a structural blockage at underarm or groin.  Upper body is quicker.  Lower body may require several visits.

Joint Stiffness – often there is fluid around the joint or in a joint closer to the drainage point, preventing flow.

Leg Swelling – This condition is surprisingly challenging because the lymph needs to travel all the way up to the clavicle on the left side.  When someone is seeking lymphatic drainage for leg swelling, please be aware that it may not get to the legs immediately.   Usually there is a lot of blockages in the abdomen that has built up in the tissue for years.  You will not notice a reduction in swelling even when we do not work on the legs because of this.

Lipomas – benign fatty tumors.  These also usually take several visits to dissolve.  However, sometimes it is only one visit.

Lymphedema –  If it is very swollen, that is permanent, but it helps symptoms greatly. Prevention of this condition is where this work makes more of a difference, or in its early stages.

Nasal & Sinus Congestion – immediate for acute issues.

Orthopedic Problems Occasionally, these issues will have dramatic pain reduction.

Reproductive issues – Fibroids, cysts, scars and many other issues in this area will benefit.  There is often a lot of scar tissue from childbirth, abdominal surgeries and endometriosis.  The sessions will help to get all the waste out of the area so the tissues can heal.

Scar Tissue – Either internal or external. This takes a longer series of sessions.

Swelling at the clavicle area – this is where lymph drains into the blood and is often congested.

Swollen Lymph nodes in neck – these flushes them and reduces them in size.  The exception is serious illness.

TMJ – Helps to reduce the tension around the jaw, and at the base of the skull.

What LET does not help

Structural issues especially in the back. Disc problems, spinal problems, etc. This will help reduce general back pain because it decreases inflammation in the soft tissue, but it will not actually solve your issue.

How to prepare for your session

  • Make sure you are well hydrated for a day or so before your visit, and afterward. This will help to prevent any unpleasant side effects.
  • Come freshly bathed that day.  If coming from work or later in the day we can provide wet bathing wipes.
  • No lotions, cream, make up, or deoderant on the skin.  It can be brought and put on after.

What to expect after your session

The session itself is very gentle, delicate and relaxing while you are experiencing it.  We are encouraging detoxification of tissue that may have years of waste and toxins built up.  Some people will feel little current and some fluid movement.  Some people may not feel anything during or after a treatment. That does not mean they did not get  the benefits.

Most common side effects:

  • Post-nasal drainage
  • Feeling the need to swallow.
  • Feeling tired and or sleepy.
  • Darker or more intense urine.
