Background

Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) was developed by the Arcturus Star Company, founded by D. Steven Sweet and Lori Malec Sweet to explore and advance the field of electronic energy medicine for health and wellness. Over the past 20 years, thousands of holistic practitioners and home users have contributed to the refinement and growth of this innovative technique. Today, LET is used by hospital lymphedema departments, integrative medical clinics, and clinical researchers across the globe.

Certification Program

The LET certification program is structured as a comprehensive three-day training in Houston, TX.   We begin with an in-depth exploration of the foundational principles and techniques behind Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, including the science of the lymphatic system, the role of energy-based modalities, and client safety protocols.  Once the groundwork is established, the remainder of the training focuses on hands-on practice, where you’ll learn to apply LET confidently and effectively. Through guided instruction, live demonstrations, and supervised sessions, you’ll develop the skills needed to integrate LET into your wellness or clinical practice with confidence and precision.

Phase I – FOUNDATIONAL Series

The Foundational Series introduces the core concepts behind Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET). You’ll learn the theory, setup, care, and safe use of LET instruments. The course covers key lymphatic anatomy and its connection to health, detoxification, and immune function. Instruction includes how LET supports recovery from illness, injury, and surgery, as well as its role in graceful aging. You’ll gain insight into who can benefit from LET and how to assess readiness for sessions. This series lays the groundwork for confident understanding before progressing to hands-on application.

 

Phase II – INSTRUCTIONAL Series

The Instructional Series bridges theory with practical observation. In this segment, students will watch guided demonstrations and explore session flow, technique adjustments, and client positioning. You’ll learn how to adapt LET protocols for various client types, health concerns, and outcomes. Deeper lymphatic concepts are explored, including stagnation patterns and advanced drainage pathways. The series also addresses practitioner body mechanics, safety, and session pacing. By observing the process from start to finish, students prepare to apply the method effectively and professionally.

Phase III – INTERACTIVE Series

The Interactive Series is where students put knowledge into action through hands-on practice. Each student will complete a full LET session on a fellow participant under instructor guidance. This real-time experience builds confidence, reinforces technique, and sharpens intuitive flow. Students will also receive a session, allowing them to feel the impact of LET from a client’s perspective. Constructive feedback is provided to strengthen skills and session delivery. By the end of this series, students are equipped to confidently offer LET in a professional setting.

This comprehensive, three-part training program guides students from foundational concepts to real-time practice in delivering effective LET sessions.
